Hi everyone,
I hope the month of April’s been treating you well. In my part of the world, spring has sprung, and I’m loving the warmer weather and the chance to spend some time outside in the sunshine.
It seems like the month’s just flown by, but I’ve got a couple of links to share with you today, because I’m in the process of transferring all my blogs that lived only on Medium to also live on my personal website that I launched at the beginning of March.
I Re-Published a Classic Article about Useful Built-in JavaScript Array Methods
This month, I moved over a blog I published back in 2018 (early in my technical writing days) about useful JavaScript array methods.
Manipulating arrays of data can be a large part of what we do as web developers. Filter it, update it, group it, the list goes on. To really be proficient as a frontend developer, being aware of and getting good at these sorts of functions will really make your life easier (I reach for them even more now, than I did at the original time of publication of this article).
It’s a bit of a long read, but worth it, I promise. I dive into examples using both simple and complex objects because I know you’ll end up needing to transform both at some time or another.
Thanks for reading, I’ll see you again in May!
Paige
